During a follow up plan we will review how you have progressed with any treatments, exercises or lifestyle-based strategies prescribed in the initial consultation. The outcome of any relevant investigations will be discussed. You will walk away with a revised treatment strategy to implement.
After initial consultation, most individuals require about 2-6 consultations. Timing of follow up varies but usually occurs at 1-2weeks , 4 weeks , 6-8 weeks , and 12 weeks. This depends on your presenting condition and progress in achieving your health goals. further follow up arrangements will be arranged. Discover how I support busy women like you in overcoming pain, stress, and health challenges.
Whether you’re dealing with a sports injury, improving your overall lifestyle, or needing extra support to make long-lasting health changes, my integrated approach will guide you step-by-step towards your goals.
As a Sport, Exercise, and Lifestyle Physician, I offer a unique, all-encompassing approach to health. I’m not just a doctor with expertise in sports and exercise medicine and lifestyle medicine—I’m also a certified health coach. With this holistic approach to your health and well-being, I support you on multiple levels, blending science and motivation to help you unlock your healthiest, most active self.
Lifestyle medicine helps us go beyond medications. Together, we’ll address everyday habits that might be holding you back from living a healthier, more active life. You’ll feel empowered and in control of your journey, making your health goals feel more within reach.
Our sessions look at factors like your activity level, nutrition, sleep, and even stress. Together, we’ll create a tailored plan that combines traditional medical care with innovative therapies to support your recovery or help you feel your best. If you prefer a more direct, injury-focused approach, that’s also an option—just let me know when booking or during our consultation.
Now, you might wonder - Why did I train as a health coach when I’m already a doctor? Here’s why: As doctors, we’re taught to give advice, but we’re not always shown how to help you put that good advice into practice. Health coaching lets me support you in uncovering the motivation and practical steps you need to make health changes that stick. Whether doing your rehab exercises, being more active, making healthier food choices, improving your sleep, or simply feeling better daily, I’m here to help you reach your goals and sustain positive changes.
So, if you’re ready to make small, sustainable changes, let’s start. Imagine how good it will feel to take control of your health journey—and I’ll guide you forward every step. So, book your consultation today, and let’s take that first step together toward a stronger, happier, healthier you!
